Short after an independent Slovak republic was declared in 1993, the company was established. The company has ISO 9001 certification.
Priority activities are focused on trade and spedition services, factoring and forfaiting as well as acting as a trade mediator.
 
One of the long-term conceptional intentions of the enterprise is expansion of trade on new markets. Main areas that are covered by the present situation include:
Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Slovakia, Czech republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, Austria, Germany, France, Italia and Spain.
 
Speaking about the most significant features of the advancement of the enterprise, it is essential to mention broadening of product range not excluding services being provided. This process is aimed at satisfying clients’ requirements.
